1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel items with original tags intact.

2. Reverse Pickup

Our courier partners (Shiprocket / Delhivery) will initiate reverse pickup from your doorstep within 24–48 hours of your request.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Prepaid orders are refunded back to the original payment source within 3–5 business days after quality inspection. COD orders are refunded via UPI / Instant Store Credit.
